Refund policy

STIRRI® Terms of Sale, Capital Allocation & Store Credit Policy

Operational Mandate: Because STIRRI® products consist of specialized chemical compositions, flux pastes, custom syringe assemblies, and precise industrial metal alloys, all sales are executed on a batch-allocated, commercial contract basis. We maintain a strict No Cash Refunds policy on all received payments.

1. Permanent No-Cash-Refunds Framework

All sales of chemical compositions, flux pastes, custom syringe assemblies, and associated accessories are final. Once an order is received, capital and raw materials are instantly deployed for chemical sourcing and laboratory batch staging. Under no circumstances will liquidity be reversed to a buyer’s credit card, bank account, or third-party payment processor. Any and all adjustments or accommodations are handled at STIRRI®’s sole operational discretion.

2. Exclusive Compensation via Store Credit

In the rare event that management, at its sole discretion, explicitly authorizes an order adjustment, cancellation exception, or return accommodation in writing, compensation will be issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit.

  • Terms of Credit: Store credit holds zero cash value, is completely non-transferable, and can strictly be applied toward future product purchases through the direct STIRRI® portal.
  • Material Sunk Costs: Any approved cancellation or modification of an order in our queue will incur an automatic 25% Material Allocation & Processing Fee deducted directly from the issued store credit. This fee covers the irrecoverable loss of laboratory labor slots and raw materials pulled into the production pipeline along with non-refundable payment processing costs, ERP software licenses, and intensive personnel involvement in order processing.

3. Strict Condition & Industrial Material Eligibility

To protect the integrity of our supply chain and guarantee chemical stabilizer safety, return shipments are heavily restricted:

  • Sealed Integrity Required: To be considered for a store credit return, the chemical compound, syringe assembly, or alloy package must be completely unopened, unused, free of contamination, and sealed in its original protective industrial packaging.
  • Testing & Disposal Discretion: If an item is returned with broken factory seals or signs of ambient exposure, STIRRI® reserves the absolute right to deny the return entirely or deduct up to 100% of the item's value due to chemical degradation and hazardous material disposal costs.
  • Absolute Exclusions: Custom chemical formulations, custom syringe configurations, high-volume industrial contract runs, and promotional, sale, or discounted items are entirely ineligible for return or accommodation under any circumstances. Any item purchased under a strikethrough price, promotion, coupon code, or volume discount tier is contractually designated as a final sale item and is strictly ineligible for return, credit, or modification.

4. Defective Items & Quality Control Protocol

As an industrial batch manufacturer, we back our compounding precision. If a product is verified as defective or structurally damaged prior to leaving our shipping dock, STIRRI® will immediately rectify the issue:

  • Remedy: Our sole contractual obligation for a verified manufacturing defect is to provide a free factory replacement shipped at no additional cost to the buyer.
  • Pre-Authorization Required: Defective claims must be submitted to service@stirri.com within 7 days of delivery. Items sent back to our facility without an active, written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be rejected, refused at the loading dock, and discarded without credit.

5. Mandatory Dispute Resolution & Anti-Chargeback Clause

By executing a purchase, the buyer contractually agrees to exhaust all internal remedies before involving external financial institutions.

  • Internal Claim Period: Before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with any credit card issuer, bank, or merchant processor, you are contractually obligated to file a formal claim with service@stirri.com.
  • Investigation Window: You must grant our administrative team a minimum of 15 business days to audit production logs, cross-reference laboratory quality control files, and deliver an internal resolution.
  • Violation Penalties: Bypassing this mandatory internal protocol to open a chargeback constitutes a bad-faith breach of your commercial contract. This action triggers immediate and permanent termination of your manufacturing account, forfeiture of all pending shipments without credit, and immediate reporting of your business to commercial merchant risk networks.

6. International Commercial & EU Exception Terms

All shipments are commercial transactions executed under Ex Works (EXW) guidelines.

  • For cross-border and European Union shipments, any local consumer "cooling-off" regulations are structurally superseded by the customized, batch-manufactured nature of our chemical formulations (pursuant to EU Directive exemptions for goods manufactured to customer technical specifications).
  • If a local regulatory authority legally compels a reversal, the buyer explicitly agrees that the 25% Material Allocation Fee applies, all return freight costs are borne 100% by the buyer, and any diminished value from broken chemical stabilization seals will be deducted entirely from the final balance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why is there no automated "Cancel Order" or "Return" button in my account portal?

A: STIRRI® operates strictly as an industrial chemical manufacturer, not a consumer retail storefront. The exact millisecond an order is received, floor labor, lab testing slots, raw chemical stabilizers, and software processing metrics are immediately committed into our active manufacturing loops. Because administrative, computing, and production infrastructure costs are instantly incurred, order modifications cannot be handled via automated web options. Any specific adjustments or accommodations are evaluated entirely at STIRRI®'s sole operational discretion and must pass through our management team manually via service@stirri.com.

Q: I noticed your products feature a strikethrough price. Are these items eligible for returns?

A: No. To lower the financial entry barrier for bench technicians and labs, STIRRI® runs factory-direct commercial line optimization discounts across our manufacturing runs. As specified under Section 3 of our Terms of Sale, any product listed with a reduced or strikethrough price structure is classified as a high-velocity promotional transaction and is completely final sale. No returns or accommodations can be processed for these items.

Q: I am an EU buyer. Doesn't the 14-day European "cooling-off" period give me the right to cancel?

A: No. Under European Union consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal explicitly does not apply to supply contracts for goods that are manufactured to the consumer's technical specifications or are clearly personalized. Because every batch of flux paste, stabilizing compound, and custom syringe array is blended-to-order based on precise production scheduling, STIRRI® transactions legally fall squarely within this exemption.

Q: Are STIRRI® transactions covered under standard consumer retail return protections?

A: No. STIRRI® provides technical alloys and precise chemical formulations primarily to industrial contract manufacturers, laboratory testing facilities, repair technicians, and commercial benches. All transactions executed on our platform are fundamentally B2B (Business-to-Business) and commercial in nature, executed under an Ex Works (EXW) framework, and are legally distinct from consumer retail storefront purchases.
