STIRRI® Purchase Options & Advanced Capital Allocation Policy

By electing to utilize advanced purchasing options on the STIRRI® platform, the Buyer explicitly enters into a binding commercial contract. These terms supplement our standard Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

1. Industrial Subscriptions (Recurring Batches)

When you register for a STIRRI® product subscription, you are securing a permanent, recurring allocation of specialized chemical formulations, flux pastes, or custom alloy runs based on your selected frequency.

• Payment & Processing: Your authorized payment method will be stored securely and automatically billed at the start of each recurring batch cycle unless prepaid in advance.
• Irreversible Staging: Because material allocation is managed via automated ERP queuing, subscription orders enter an irreversible "Staged for Production" status 24 hours after billing.
• Cancellation/Modification Protocol: To cancel or modify an upcoming subscription tier, you must submit a written request to service@stirri.com a minimum of 5 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Self-service portal adjustments do not override active chemical compounding queues.
• Sunk Cost Penalties: If a cancellation request is received after a recurring billing has been executed, the transaction is strictly final sale. Any administrative exceptions granted at management's sole discretion will be issued via Store Credit Only and will incur our standard 25% Material Allocation & Processing Fee to cover unrecoverable ERP, laboratory labor, and merchant processing costs.

2. Industrial Pre-Orders (Advance Component Staging)

Pre-ordering an out-of-stock, backlogged, or custom-line item guarantees your place in an upcoming high-capacity manufacturing run. It signifies that raw chemical components and metal spheres are being batched specifically for your account prior to physical inventory availability.

• Capital Deployment: Whether a partial deposit or full payment is collected at checkout, all advanced funds are instantly deployed for raw chemical sourcing and quality control laboratory preparation.
• No Liquidity Reversals: Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a cash refund under any circumstances. All balances are locked into production queue lines immediately upon receipt.
• Fulfillment Timing: Pre-ordered items are bound by our standard 4-to-8-week production processing windows once the manufacturing cycle officially commences. Estimated dispatch dates provided by carriers are automated and do not override STIRRI®'s internal laboratory schedules.
• Default Remedy: In the rare event that a pre-order production cycle is permanently abandoned by management, compensation will be executed exclusively via 100% Store Credit. No cash reversals will be authorized to credit cards or third-party merchant accounts.

3. "Try Before You Buy" (Explicit Exclusion)

STIRRI® does not participate in consumer retail evaluation models. Due to chemical stabilizer safety guidelines, strict ISO-aligned ambient exposure limits, and hazardous material disposal tracking, "Try Before You Buy" configurations are entirely disabled across this platform.

All items distributed by STIRRI® are dispatched in factory-sealed industrial packaging with verified batch numbers. No evaluation units will be shipped without full payment receipt and complete capital allocation processing.
