⚠️ IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL NOTICE: PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES & TERMS OF SALE

STIRRI® is a specialized industrial chemical manufacturer. All precision fluxes, solder pastes, and syringe configurations are mixed and stabilized on a made-to-order, batch-allocated basis to ensure formulation integrity and maximum shelf life.

  • Fulfillment Window: Standard manufacturing queues require an estimated processing timeline of 4 to 8 weeks prior to carrier dispatch.
  • No Reversals for Delays: Delays inherent to custom batch compounding do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the buyer to a cash refund or immediate cancellation.
  • Interlocking Policy: All received orders are instantly locked into raw material deployment and are strictly governed by our Terms of Sale, Capital Allocation & Store Credit Policy.

By completing checkout, you contractually acknowledge these operational lead times and waive the right to initiate "Product Not Received" disputes during the manufacturing window.

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Live Production Floor & Lead Times

As a direct chemical batch manufacturer, our fulfillment timeline is strictly governed by active floor capacity and the "4Ms" of our production environment: Men, Machine, Material, and Method. "In Stock" status on our platform indicates raw chemical readiness and immediate allocation availability within our compounding queue; it does not indicate that a pre-packaged consumer retail product is sitting on a shelf waiting for immediate pickup.

  • Materials & Components: The staging of raw components—including highly specific chemical flux stabilizers, low-temperature alloys, micro-fine BGA spheres, and specialized industrial packaging—is subject to precise sourcing windows.
  • Order Scale & Capacity: Commercial-grade industrial runs and custom syringe configurations are processed sequentially according to active floor queue volume.
  • Rigorous Quality Control: To ensure optimal chemical and thermal performance, stabilizer batches must clear lab verification before being authorized for dispatch.

2. Estimated Carrier Delivery Projections

All transit dates and delivery estimates provided during checkout are automated carrier projections generated directly by the shipping courier (UPS, DHL, USPS, Freight). These projections represent exclusively the time in transit after a shipment has cleared our loading dock. They do not alter, shorten, or override STIRRI®'s internal 4-to-8-week chemical manufacturing and staging timeline.

3. Operational Fulfillment Reserves

STIRRI® reserves the absolute right to adjust active operational processing windows based on the technical complexities of the active manufacturing cycle, raw chemical procurement delays, or unexpected surges in industrial contract demand.

4. Ex Works (EXW) Shipping Terms & Custody

All domestic and international commercial shipments are executed strictly under EXW (Ex Works) guidelines unless explicitly structured otherwise under a separate signed corporate contract. STIRRI®’s legal and physical chain of custody terminates completely the moment a package is formally transferred to and scanned by the logistics carrier. STIRRI® is fully absolved of liability regarding carrier delays, customs delays, cross-border holds, or logistics backlogs.

5. Freight Forwarding & High-Risk Address Verification

Orders routed through third-party freight forwarders, cargo consolidators, or international shipping hubs are subject to extended administrative security verification. STIRRI® reserves the right to request secondary identification or cancel any order flagged as high-risk by our fraud prevention infrastructure. Furthermore, STIRRI® bears zero responsibility or financial liability for any damage, loss, or chemical exposure that occurs after a shipment has been marked as "Delivered" to the designated domestic forwarding facility.
